| 摘 要： | 为研究胆石症发病机理,用炊食致石方法使豚鼠形成色素结石疾病模型,特点是25天可成石,成石率83.3%,结石主要成分与人结石相近。经形态学观察揭示的胆结石机理是胆汁中粘液蛋白升高。胆囊及胆管收缩力降低致胆汁淤积、胆流迟缓,构成了胆结石形成的微环境。

| Abstract: | The animal model of cholelithiasis is an important method to study,the prevention and treatment cf cholelithiasis.But there are still some disadvantages for the model.In this paper,lithogenic-diet method was takenand a pigment gallstone model in guinea pigs was established.The composition of lithogenic-diet were 20g casein,15g suclose,15g cholesterol and 10g fat in 1000g standard diet.The model had the following advantages:rapid gallstone formation(25 days),high incidence(83.3%),simple method,good repetition and same main compositions to human gallstones.The changes of hepatobiliary morphology revealed the mechanism of increasing of bile mucous protein,reducing of contractility and cholestasis of biliary ducts and gallbladder. |
