| 摘 要： | 本文试图在用精细化管理思想提高高校医疗卫生保障水平方面作一些探索。精细化管理模式以精细操作为基本内容,通过改变组织个体素质,控制管理漏洞,强化链接协作,从而提高整体管理效益的一种管理理念和管理方法,进一步增强高校医疗卫生工作服务保障能力,更好地满足被服务者的需求。文章分析了高校医疗机构面临的挑战,提出了实施精细化管理的对策和措施。
