结合型雌激素治疗绝经后泌尿生殖道萎缩的对比性研究

目的探讨不同给药途径给予结合型雌激素(CE)对绝经后妇女泌尿生殖器官萎缩的疗效及安全性.方法65例绝经后有泌尿生殖道萎缩症状和体征的妇女分为口服给药和阴道给药两组,比较两组治疗前后泌尿生殖道症状和体征的改善情况、阴道健康评分、阴道成熟细胞(MV)值的变化,以及血清E2水平、子宫内膜厚度的变化.结果用药后两组的症状、体征明显改善,阴道健康评分、MV值显著提高(均P＜0.01);口服给药组血清E2较用药前增高(P＜0.05),内膜厚度改变差异不显著(P＞0.05);阴道给药组血清E2及内膜厚度无明显改变(P＞0.05).结论CE口服及阴道给药治疗绝经后妇女泌尿生殖道萎缩安全有效,阴道给药耐受性与接受性更好.

Comparative study of effects between oral and vaginal administration of conjugated estrogen in treatment of postmenopausal urogenital atrophy

Objective: To stady the safety and efficacy between oral and vaginal administration of conjugated estrogen in the treatment of postmenopausal urogenital atrophy. Methods: 65 women in postmenopausal period with symptoms and signs of. Urogenital atrophy were divided into two groups. Compare the symptoms and signs, vaginal healthy valuations, vaginal MV, serum E2, endomdtrial thickness before and after treatment between two groups. Results: Equal effectiveness were shown between the two groups in relieving signficantly the symptoms and signs,improvement of vaginal healthy valuations and vaginal MV (P<0.01). After treatment, serum E2 increased in oral group (P<0.05), but there was no difference in endomdtrial thickness (P>05). In vaginal group, there was no difference in serum E2 and endomdtrial thickness (P>0.05). Conclusions: Both oral and vaginal administration of conjugated estrogen in the treatment of postmenopausal urogenital atrophy are safe and effective, however vaginal administration owns better tolerance and acceptability.
