乳晕部良性肿瘤切除与乳头成形再造的临床研究

目的　为了满足女性审美要求 ,在治愈乳腺疾病时 ,保留乳房和完美外形 ,提高患者生活质量。方法　 1991年 5月至 2 0 0 3年5月连续对 5 7例乳晕部良性肿瘤采用横切纵缝、腺体填充和乳头悬吊包扎等方法成形乳头及选用乳晕全层带蒂皮瓣再造乳头。结果　乳头成形 5 5例 ,其中单纯纵缝成形占 61 8%,腺体填充成形占 3 8 2 %。术后成形乳头与健侧相同 ,再造乳头 2例效果满意。随访半年未见乳头下垂、凹陷或歪曲改变。结论　此术式简单方便 ,可同步完成肿瘤切除与乳头成形或再造 ,符合当今乳房美学理念 ,具有临床实用价值

A Study of Taking the Shape and Reconstruction of Nipple in Benign Tumor of Areola

Objective For satisfying the esthetic of women and promoting the health of psyche,we reserved the perfect outline form when we resected benign tumor of areola.Methods From May 1991 to May 2003,57 patients who had benign tumor of areola were treated.The shape of nipple was taken with cross-cut and perpendicular-nesis,filled the defect with gland and slung the nipple.At the same time,we used omni-layer pedicle skin flap of areola to reconstruct nipple.Results 55 patients' nipples were taken shane and 2 patients were reconstructed nipples.In these patients.61.8% was taken with cross-cut and perpendicular-nesis,38.2% was filled the defect with gland.The nipple was similar to unaffected side,and the result was satisfied after surgery.The following up time was 6 months.We have not met nipple descensus,depressed and twists sincethen.Conclusion This is simple and convenient methods and these methods are coincide with aesthetics of breast at present.So,it has the practical value in clinic.
