椰酵伯菌毒黄素的研究进展

摘    要:椰毒伯克霍尔德菌是引起酵米面和银耳食物中毒的病原菌,毒黄素是此菌产生的一种毒素,近年来对毒黄素的分离提取进行了相关报道,其中毒机制从对呼吸链电子传递体的旁路作用、抑制乳酸脱氢酶同工酶活力、对动脉平滑肌张力的影响以及微核技术测其诱变实验的研究等不同角度进行了研究,另有研究发现用电子自旋共振技术观察毒黄素能够损伤小鼠组织和人血细胞自由基,本文就毒黄素的化学提取分离、中毒机制以及生理生化活性的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Burkholderia cocovenenans is the pathogenic bacteri um resulting in food-poisoning of fungus and fermental roce powder.The toxoflavin is one ki nd of toxin produced by this kind of bacteria.Recently,there are some re ports related to its separation and extraction Its poisoning mechanism is studied from different points including its bypass effect on electr on transfer in respiratory chain,inhibition of isozyme activity of lactate de hydrogenase,influence on artery smooth muscle tension and experimental studie s detecting induction of mutation by micronuclei technology and so on.Others findings showed that using technique of electron spin resonance to observe tox oflavin can damage free radical in mouse tissue and human blood cells.This article reviews research progresses of toxoflavin about its chemical extract ion and separation,poisonous mechanism and physiological and biochemical acti vity.
