| 摘 要： | 测定６５例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者治疗前及治疗后１周、２周甲状腺激素；同时测定糖尿病控制组（对照组）甲状腺激素。结果：糖尿病酮症酸中毒治疗前血清ｒＴ３明显高，Ｔ３、ＦＴ３明显低，Ｔ４、ＦＴ４无明显变化。随病情好转，各项指标逐渐恢复，２周后甲状腺激素恢复至糖尿病控制组水平。说明甲状腺激素变化与糖尿病酮症酸中毒病情轻重有关。

| Abstract: | Serum thyroxin of 65 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA) was determined before teatment as well as l week and 2 weeks after treatment respectively. At the same time, the test was repeated in 70 cases as the control group. The results revealed that rT3 increased remarkably while T3 FT3 decreased tremendously T4 FT4 remained intact during the test. All items recovered with the improvement of patients' conditions and 2 weeks later the thyroxin level of patients in the test group returned to that of the control group. The study suggests that thyroxinic changes have considerable value for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of DKA cases. |
