多塞平治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征

目的：观察多塞平对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（sAHs）的治疗效果。方法：对门诊确诊SAHS的109例患者睡前口服多塞平25mg·d^-1，在用药前进行PSG及ESS调查，用药后第7，14，21及28天电话回访，回访主要内容是服药后的症状变化并指导药物剂量的调整。对坚持服用4周的患者重复PSG及ESS调查。结果：85例患者坚持服药28d，总睡眠时间增加，醒觉时间和醒觉次数减少，慢波睡眠增加，REM睡眠减少，P〈0．05。ESS评分也显著减少，P〈0．05。呼吸紊乱指数、氧减指数和鼾声指数也有减少，但差异不显著。综合评定治疗有效率为31．7％，多塞平的主要副作用是嗜睡、疲软和口干。结论：小剂量多塞平对于部分SAHS有一定效果。

Doxepin in the treatment of sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

Objective： To evaluate the response of sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （SAHS） to doxepin. Methods： After a baseline polysomnography （PSG） and Epworth Sleepiness Scale （ESS） documented SAHS, 109 patients were treated with doxepin （25 mg·d^-l）, and the patients were visited by telephone about their feeling and dose on 7, 14, 21 and 28 day after treatment.A repeating PSG and ESS was performed to the patients dosing for 4 weeks. Results： After 28 days doxepin therapy, there were 85 patients left.The sleep period time and slow waves sleep time was significantly increased, the REM sleep time and wake time was significantly decreased, P 〈 0.05.The assessment of ESS was significantly decreased, P 〈 0.05, The apnea-hypopnea index, desaturation event index and snore index had a decrease, but the differences were not statistically significant.The treatment efficiency of doxepin to SAHS was 31.7%.The major side effect was drowsiness and dry mouth. Conclusion： Small dose of doxepin had some determinate curative effect on patients with SAHS.
