臀中皮神经痛诊治的解剖学基础

目的 介绍臀中皮神经痛的诊断与局部注射的治疗方法。方法 选择门诊确诊为臀中皮神经痛的患者13例，其中3例病人为双侧，采用强的松龙混悬液加麻药局部注射骶神经1、2、3后支穿出骶后孔处的治疗方法。结果 所有病例皆在注射后完全止痛，少数病例1周后痊愈，多数病例经2次注射后痊愈，1例经3次注射后痊愈。结论 对诊断明确的病例，采取强的松龙混悬液局部注射的方法，可以获得满意的疗效。

Anatomical bases for diagnosis and treatment of middle clunial nerve neuralgia

Objective To introduce the methods for the diagnosis and treatment of the middle clunial nerve neuralgia. Methods Sixteen sides of 13 cases of middle clunial nerve neuralgia confirmed clinically in outpatients were selected and treated by local injection of prednisolone suspension plus local anesthetic to the posterior divisions of the upper three sacral nerves emerging from the posterior sacral foramina. Results Pain in all cases was stopped immediately after injection for a short time. One case was recovered after one week, but most of them recovered after two injections. A few of them recovered after three injections. Conclusion Local injection of prednisolone suspension is an optional method with satisfactory results for the treatment of clinically confirmed middle clunial nerve neuralgia.
