摘    要:目的评估"三段序贯式教学模式"在体格检查教学中的效果和优势。方法 196名学生随机分为两组,分别进行三段式教学和传统教学,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果主观、客观评价均显示三段式教学组教学效果明显优于传统教学组。结论 "三段序贯式教学模式"在"教"与"学"两个层面中统一教学内容,符合医学实践教育认知规律,对于保障物理诊断学的教学质量,培养医学生扎实的查体基本功具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects and advantages of "three-step sequential teaching mode"in the teaching of physical examination.Methods Three-step sequential teaching mode and traditional teaching mode were used repectively among 196 students who were divided into two groups randomly.Results The evdience from both subjective and objective assessments all showed that the effects of three-step sequential teaching mode were significantly superior to that of traditional teaching mode.Conclusion Three- step sequential teaching mode unify the contents of teaching at both levels of teachers and students.It follows the laws of cognition and understanding in medical practice education and has very remarkable significance regarding to ensuring the quality of phisical diagnostics practice education and raise the clinical basic skills of medical students.
