腹腔镜下阑尾切除术临床价值分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床价值及可行性。方法:随机对63例腹腔镜阑尾切除术和同期50例开腹阑尾切除术进行比较。结果:在各类阑尾炎中,腹腔镜阑尾切除术在胃肠功能恢复、住院时间均较开腹阑尾切除术短;在切口感染、术后疼痛方面、观察腹腔其他疾病方面,较开腹手术具有明显优越性;而手术时间并不比开腹手术长,但费用稍高。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有明确诊断、创伤小、痛苦少、住院时间短及切口感染率低等优点,可考虑成为阑尾切除的首选手术方式。

Clinical Value Analysis of Laparoscopic Appendectomy

Objective: To study the clinical value and feasibility of laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods: The 63 patients underwent laparoscopic appendectomy were compared with other 50 patients underwent conventional appendectomy. The patients were selected randomly. Results: The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the time of hospital stay in laparoscopic appendectomy group. was shorter than that in conventional appendectomy group. The laparoscopic appendectomy had fewer infection of incision and no using analgesics postoperation. The operative time of laparoscopic appendectomy wasnot longer than that of conventional appendectomy. Conclusion: The laparoscopic appendectomy is proved to be safe and efficient with shorter hospitsl stay,lighter pain,few infection of incision. It will be the first choice of appendectomy gradually.
