钠-氢交换蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:钠-氢交换蛋白质是维持细胞内环境的主要细胞膜蛋白质之一,其主要功能是调节细胞内pH值,使之保持在生理范围之内。细胞内pH值的变化,直接或间接的影响细胞的生长、分裂、增殖、分化和死亡,以及细胞的移动和肿瘤细胞的转移。

Abstract:Na^+/H^+ Exchanger (NHE) protein is one of the main membrane proteins to maintain cellular internal environment: The primary function of NHE is to adjust intra-cellular PH value keeping in normal physical range. The pH value variation in cells has effects on the cells' growth, cleavage, generation, differentiation and death directly or indirectly,even on the cells' ambulation and tumour cell's metastasis.
