转移包皮皮瓣-期尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂

目的探讨横裁转移带蒂包皮皮瓣治疗尿道下裂-期尿道成形术（即Duekett式）的疗效。方法回顾分析48例采用横裁转移带蒂包皮皮瓣治疗尿道下裂-期尿道成形术的临床资料。结果42例手术成功，成功率87．5％；尿瘘4例（8．3％），行尿瘘修补术；尿道外口狭窄2例（4．2％），经尿道外口扩张后治愈。38例随访4个月-10年，阴茎外观及排尿均良好。结论横裁转移带蒂包皮皮瓣治疗尿道下裂一期尿道成形术外形良好，取材方便，成功率高，并发症少，是一种理想的治疗方法。

One-stage urethroplasty with transverse preputial skin flap for hypospadias

Objective To study the effect of one-stage urethroplasty with transverse prenuptial pedicle skin flap(Duckett'S procedure) performed for hypospadias.Methods Clinical data of 48cases with hypospadias undergoing urethroplasty with transverse prenuptial pedicle skin flap were reviewed.Results The operation was successful in 42 cases (87.5% ).Urethral fistula occurred in four (4) cases (8.3%). The four (4) cases who developed urethral fistula were repaired successfully six month after operation. Urethral orifice stricture occurred in two (2) cases(4.2%)and were cured by urethral dilation. Thirty-eight (38) cases received a followed up work for four (4) months~ten (10years) with satisfactory result.Conclusion One-stage urethroplasty with transverse prenuptial flap is a preferable method for treatment of hypospadias. The merits of the operation are that it is easy to harvest tissue, a high success rate with less complications, and the appearance is almost norma1.
