可视治疗目标对错(牙合)患者软组织变化预测的临床研究

摘    要:目的:研究计算机辅助的可视治疗目标对错(牙合)患者软组织变化的预测是否具有可信性。方法:选择进行拔牙固定矫治的恒牙早期骨性I类错(牙合)患者50例;应用数字化NemoCeph口腔头影测量分析软件(2008年版)预测获取患者治疗后的头影测量片(T1),并运用该软件对T1以及真实的治疗后头影测量片(T2)进行软组织分析;对取得的两组测量结果应用SPSS10.0进行配对t检验及Pearson相关分析。结果:T1与T2比较,软组织面角、H角、下唇突点-H线的距离、颏厚、上唇凹深、鼻下点-H线的距离、颏唇沟深及鼻突度的预测值均与真实值的比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。T1和T2间的软组织面角、鼻突度和颏厚等呈高度正相关(r〉0.70,P〈0.001),H角、下唇突点-H线的距离、上唇凹深、鼻下点-H线的距离和颏唇沟深呈中度正相关(0.5〈r〈0.70,P〈0.001)。结论:计算机辅助的可视治疗目标的预测结果与治疗后软组织测量值基本一致,其对软组织变化的预测是可信的。

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE RELIABILITY OF COMPUTER AIDED VISUAL PREDICTION OF SOFT TISSUE CHANGES AFTER ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the reliability of computer aided visual prediction of soft tissue changes after orthodontic treatment.Methods:Fifty teeth extraction cases with class I malocclusion in early permanent dentition were treated with fixed appliances.The pretreatment cephalometric radiographs were processed by NemoCeph 2008,and the resulting visual prediction results were compared with the post treatment cephalometric radiographs.Statistical analysis included paired t-texts and Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the differences in soft tissue variables between T1 and T2 by statistical software SPSS10.0.Results:When comparing the T1 and T2 using paired t-texts,the results showed that soft-tissue facial angle,H angle,the lower lip-H line distance,chin prominence,superior sulcus depth,subnasale-H line,inferior sulcus depth,nose prominence differences were statistically insignificant(P〈0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed high correlation for the variables sofe-tissue facial angle,nose prominence,chin prominence(r〉0.70,P〈0.001)and moderate correlation for the variables H angle,the lower lip-H line distance,superior sulcus depth,subnasale-H line and inferior sulcus depth(0.5〈r〈0.70,P〈0.001).Conclusion:The predicted result comming from computer-aided visual prediction is consistent with the soft tissue change of the posttreatment,which indicates that the computer aided soft tissue visual prediction is reliable.
