老年直肠癌合并糖尿病手术期护理

目的：探讨老年直肠癌合并糖尿病患者术前术后的护理措施。方法：回顾性分析31例老年直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果：31例患者中，24例平稳渡过手术期，无术后并发症的发生。4例术后并发吻合口瘘，3例肺部感染。结论：充分了解病情，指导合理膳食，严格控制血糖，加强手术期的护理以减少术后并发症。

Nursing intervention on senile rectal cancer complicated with diabetes

Objective ：To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention to the elder patients with both rectal cancer and diabetes.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 31 eider patients with both rectal cancer and diabetes. Results：31 patients received operation successfully, with a complication rate of 22.6%, 4 cases were complicated with anastomotic leakage, 4 cases were complicated with pulmonary infection and none was dead. Conclusion：Well arranged perioperative nursing intervention may help to prevent postoperative complications.
