东营市"四小"行业集中整治近期效果调查

目的]了解“四小”行业集中整治在公共场所卫生管理中的效果及其影响因素。方法]2003年6月（整治前1个月）、整治后1个月和整治后12个月，随机抽取东营市120户“四小”行业单位，调查卫生许可证和从业人员健康证持有率、消毒设施和机械通风装置配置率，并检测室内空气CO、CO2、甲醛、氨、可吸入颗粒物、细菌总数，检测顾客用具的微生物指标。结果]“四小”行业卫生许可证持持有率、从业人员健康证持有率、消毒设施配置率和机械通风装置配置率、空气污染指标合格率与公共用具合格率，整治后1个月均高于整治前（P〈0．01或〈0．05）；卫生许可证持有率、从业人员健康合格证持有率、空气污染指标合格率与公共用具合格率，整治后12个月与整治前的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），消毒设施配置率、机械通风装置配置率整治12个月高于整治前（P〈O．01）。结论]四小”行业集中整治取得了明显的近期效果。

Investigation on the Administrative Effect to the Four Service Trades in Dongying City

Objective]To understand the administrative effect to four service trades and its influence in the administration of public health.Methods]120 samples were collected randomly from the four service trades in June 2003(1 month before administration),1 month later after administration and 12 months later after administration respectively.Hygiene licence,health certificate in services,equipments for sterilization and ventilation installation were investigated.Indoor CO,CO2,methanal,ammonia,intake particulate matter,total amount of bacteria and microbiological index of the consumers' utensils were tested.Results]The number of hygiene licence,health certificate in services,equipment for sterilization and ventilation installation 1 month latter after administration was more than that before administration,the qualified rate of air pollution and consumers' utensils was higher than that before administration(P<0.01 or <0.05).There were no differences of the certified rate of hygiene licence,health certificate,the qualified rate of air pollution and consumers' utensils 12 months later after administration and before administration(P>0.05).The equipped rate of sterilization equipment and ventilation installation 12 months later was higher than that after administration.(P<0.01).Conclusion]Good results had been achieved after the administration to the four service trades.
