精神病患者铜绿假单胞菌下呼吸道感染耐药性研究

目的了解精神病患者铜绿假单胞菌下呼吸道医院感染的耐药性情况。方法采集住院精神病患者痰液标本进行细菌培养并鉴定,使用温州市康泰生物科技有限公司的BLO-KONT鉴定系统进行细菌坚定,取鉴定结果为铜绿假单胞菌的菌株进行药物敏感实验,分析其耐药率。结果在常用的多种抗生素中,铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林,头孢唑林,磺胺甲唑/甲氧苄啶的耐药率均大于90%,而头孢他定、阿米卡星、妥布霉素、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮/克拉维酸等的耐药率小于30%。结论在常用的所有抗菌药物中,铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率均有增长趋势。

Study on drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa on respiratory tract infection of mental patients

Objective Study on drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa on respiratory tract infection of mental patients.Methods Mental patient's phlegm liquid sample of bacteria were trained,by Wenzhou biological BLO-KONT of Science Technologies Co,Ltd.Identification of results from the strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drug-sensitive experiments,analysis of their resistance.Results The range of antibiotics commonly used in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ampicillin,cefazolin,sulfamethoxazole /trimethoprim resistance rate of more than 90 percent,cephalosporins,Azerbaijan Mika-sing,tobramycin,ciprofloxacin,cefoperazone /clavulanic acid,and so the resistance rate was less than 30 percent.Conclusions In all the commonly used antibiotics,the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa has growth trends.
