灯盏花素注射液治疗糖尿病足的疗效及其发病机制研究

目的　观察灯盏花素注射液对糖尿病足 (DF)的疗效。方法　将 6 0例DF患者随机分为 2组 ,在基础治疗相同的情况下 ,治疗组 (30例 )采用灯盏花素治疗 ,对照组 (30例 )采用复方丹参注射液治疗。观察灯盏花素对DF的下肢动脉血流动力学、肌电图、血液流变学的影响。结果　治疗组总有效率为 87% ,对照组为 5 0 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。在改善患者下肢动脉血流动力学、肌电图、血液流变学方面 ,治疗组疗效亦优于对照组 (P均 <0 0 5 )。结论　灯盏花素注射液治疗DF有较好疗效。

Study of curative effect of erigeron injection on diabetic foot gangrene and its pathogenesis

Objective It is to observe the effects of erigeron i njection on diabetic foot gangrene (DF). Methods Sixty cases with DF were randomly divided into two groups. Under the same basic treatment, the treatment group in which there wer e 30 cases was treated with erigeron, and the control group in which there were 30 cases was treated with Fufangdanshen injection. The influences of erigeron on hemodynamics in lower extremitas, electromyogram and hemorrheology were observe d. Results The total effectively rate in treatment group was 87% and that in con trol group was 50%. The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.01). In addition, the treatment group gained better re sult s in improving patient's hemodynamics changes in lower extremitas, electromyogra m and hemorrheology than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Erigeron injection has a good effect on DF.
