正骨通痹丸对双侧去卵巢致骨质疏松大鼠骨力学的影响

摘    要:目的:观察正骨通痹丸对双侧去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠骨力学的影响,以明确其疗效。方法:使用十周龄Wistar大鼠,采用双侧去卵巢手术的方法建立去卵巢骨质疏松动物模型,连续灌胃给药治疗11周后处死,分离股骨,进行骨密度、骨矿含量及骨力学等方面的检查;同时进行血钙及血磷含量的测定。结果:与假手术组相比,去卵巢组大鼠股骨的骨密度、骨矿含量、抗弯强度、最大弯曲力及断裂挠度均显著下降。与去卵巢组相比,正骨通痹丸各剂量组(1.35、2.7、5.4g/kg)骨密度、骨矿含量显著增加;正骨通痹丸5.4g/kg剂量组骨钙、骨磷、最大弯曲力、抗弯强度及断裂挠度均显著增加。结论:正骨通痹丸可显著升高去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠骨密度,并有效改善其生物力学性能,增强其抗骨折能力。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhenggu Tongbi Pill (ZTP) on biomechanical properties in ovarieetomy --induced osteoporosis rats. Methods:The animal model of osteoporosis in 10--week--old Wistar rats was established by ovariectomy (OVX). After 11 weeks of intragastric administration of ZTP, the rats were sacrificed and the bone mineral density (BMD), bone mineral content (BMC) and biomechanical property of the femur were detected. Meanwhile, blood samples were collected to measure the levels oi blood calcium and blood phosphorus. Results:Compared with the sham operation group, the BMD, BMC and biomechanical property in the OVX group were significantly decreased. Compared with the OVX group, 1.35, 2.7 and 5.4g/kg of ZTP significantly increased the BMD and BMC; 5.4g/kg of ZTP markedly increased the levels blood calcium, blood phosphorus and biomechanical property of the femur. Conclusion:ZTP can significantly increase the BMD, effectively improve the biomechanical property and the capability of resisting fracture of the femur in ovariectomy induced ostoporosis rats.
