中药高位保留灌肠配合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

目的：观察中药高位保留灌肠配合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效。方法：64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用优质低蛋白饮食（糖尿病肾病患者采取糖尿病饮食）,补充必需氨基酸,利尿,降压,降糖,纠酸,补血,对症支持或针对原发病等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合中药高位结肠保留灌肠,每日1次,连续14天为1个疗程。结果：治疗组显效15例,有效13例,无效4例,总有效率为87.52%。对照组显效9例,有效11例,无效12例,总有效率为62.51%。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。治疗组疗效优于对照组（χ2=5.11,P〈0.05）。其血肌酐、血尿素氮下降水平明显优于单纯对症治疗的对照组。结论：中药灌肠为主治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,疗效确切,且临床操作简便,副作用少,安全可靠。

Clinical Observation of Retention Enema with Chinese Crude Drug in Superior Position on Chronic Renal Failure

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of retention enema with Chinese crude drug in superior position on chronic renal failure. Method： 64 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group were treated with high - quaihy low protein diet （ diabetic diet if diabetic nephropathy patients）, essential amino acid, diuresis, stepping down hypertension, dropping down blood sugar, correcting acido- sis, nourishing blood, supportive treatment, and treating protopathy. Treatment group were treated with retention enema with Chinese crude drug in superior position on the found of above treatment, once a day and one course of treatment included 14 days. Result： In treatment group 15 cases were excellent, 13 ones effective and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 87.52%. In control group 9 cases were excellent, 11 cases effective and 12 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 62.51%. The effective rate in treatment group was higher markedly than that in control group. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （x^2 = 5.11, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The decrease level of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in treatment group was better remarkably than that in control group. Conclusion： Retention enema with Chinese crude drug has good and reliable curative effect on chronic renal failure. Its operation in clinic is simple and it has few side effects and has reliable safety.
