| 摘 要： | 目的:总结手术切开复位内固定配合中药熏洗治疗胫骨Pilon骨折38例的手术时机、手术方法及其疗效。方法:腓骨固定方式:30例合并腓骨骨折者A01/3管状钢板固定;胫骨固定方式:18例(Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型骨折)采用解剖钢板固定,20例(Ⅱ型或Ⅲ型骨折)采用解剖钢板结合螺钉固定。术后应用中药熏洗,指导功能锻炼。结果:骨折愈合时间平均11周,优良率97.4%。结论:选择正确手术时机,灵活选择解剖钢板及螺钉有效固定,配合中药熏洗,是治疗Pilon骨折的首选方法。
