深圳市0～14岁儿童伤害干预研究

目的制定一套适合深圳地区儿童伤害的预防与控制措施,降低儿童伤害发生率,改善儿童生活质量。方法选择伤害发生率较高的深圳市龙岗区横岗镇作为伤害监测点,并对横岗镇4个社区的儿童进行了伤害基数摸底,在此基础上开展伤害控制的全面监测工作。结果横岗镇0~14岁儿童非致命性伤害的年发生率为8.36%,男女比例为2.13∶1;男童伤害发生率明显高于女童(P<0.05)。伤害类型前5位依次为意外跌落(52.50%)、机械伤(12.50%)、宠物咬伤(11.25%)、烧烫伤(8.75%)和中毒(6.25%)。儿童伤害主要发生在7、8月份。结论伤害的预防与控制是一项多学科、多部门交叉合作的系统工程。在深圳开展伤害干预研究,开发出适合该地区儿童伤害的干预措施具有深远意义。

Study on intervention on injury of children aged 0～14 years in Shenzhen

Objective:To establish prevention and control measurement of injury in children suitable for Shenzhen communities to reduce injury incidence of children and improve quality of life of children.Methods:The childhood injuries were investigated in 4 communities from Henggang Town in Longgang District selected as intervention point, for its highest incidence, to develop the monitoring work of injury control.Results:The year incidence of non-fatal injury was 8.36% in 0~14 years old children in Henggang Town, the male: female ratio 2.13∶1;the injuries in male children were higher than that in female children (P<0.05). The injuries included in turn accidental fall (52.50%), mechanical damage (12.50%), bite by pets (11.25%), burn and scald (8.75%) and poisoning (6.25%).Injuries mainly occurred in July and August.Conclusion:Prevention and control of injuries are a multidisciplinary and systemic project with cooperation among departments. To study the intervention on injury in Shenzhen and to develop the intervention measurements suitable for this district have far-reaching significance.
