聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的临床观察

目的 聚焦超声治疗妇科外阴白色病变的疗效、无创性及安全性观察。方法 采用海极星CZF-1型超声妇科治疗仪治疗外阴白色病变105例，观察治疗前后患者症状，体征的变化，探讨超声治疗的临床意义。结果 治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月复查随访，根据统一的临床疗效评价标准统计，有效率为97．1％，治愈率为86．7％，安全、无创、无副作用和后遗症，可反复治疗。结论 聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变无创、安全、有效。

Clinical observation to the ultrasonic focusing treatment of progenital white lesion

Objective Medical effects, no wound surface and safety observation of the ultrasonic focusing treatment of the progenital white lesion.Methods To treat 105 cases of progenital white lesion with Haijizing CZF-1 ultrasonic gynaecological treatment instrument, to observe the symptoms before and after the treatment, to discuss about the clinical significance of the ultrasonic treatment. Results After the re-examination and visits after treatment of lweek, lmonths,3months,6months and 12 months, from the clinic effects standard statistics, we found the effective rate is 97.1%, the cure rate is 86.7%. The treatment method is safe, has no side effects and sepuels, the method can be used for many times to one patient. Conclusion The ultrasonic focusing treatment of the progenital white lesion has no wound, is safe and effective.
