| 摘 要： | 目 的 研究恶性肿瘤特异性标志物 (TSGF)在肺癌早期诊断中的实用价值。方法 采用对比分析法 ,检测TSGF的敏感性、特异性及诊断正确率。结果TSGF对肺癌诊断的敏感性为82 .5 %、特异性为 96 .2 %及诊断正确率为 91.7%。结论TSGF在肺癌诊断中具有敏感性和特异性高的特点 ,如果将TSGF检测与患者的临床表现以及影像学资料结合起来 ,并且动态观察TSGF的变化 ,可望进一步提高肺癌早期诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the practical use of examining serum tumor\|specific growth factor(TSGF)in the preceding diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods By using contrasting analysis to value the specificity?sensitivity and efficiency of examining serum TSGF in the preceding diagnosis of lung cancer.
