北京市通州区中小学生家庭学习环境照明现状

目的了解中小学生家庭学习环境中照明灯具的使用情况,为完善学生视力保护措施提供科学依据。方法选取通州区城镇3所中小学学生101名,对家庭学习环境照明情况进行现场调查和检测。结果学习时,台灯和日常照明灯同时使用率为56.44%,护眼灯使用率为58.42%,主要光源位置适宜者占47.52%。台灯和日常照明灯同时使用与单独使用日常照明灯照明效果相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护眼灯与白炽灯照明效果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论家庭学习环境中的照明灯具使用存在问题较多。应对学生及家长开展针对性的健康教育,合理营造家庭学习环境。

Investigation on Illumination of Family Study Environment Among Primary and Secondary School Students in Tongzhou District in Beijing

Objective To know the usage of lighting in the family study environment of the primary and secondary school students,and to provide scientific evidence for students' eyesight protection measures.Methods A total of 101 students of 3 primary and secondary schools were selected.Their illumination condition in family study environment was surveyed by fielding detecting.Results About 56.44% of the students used the desk lamp and usual light;58.42% used eye-protecting light and only 47.52% put the light at appropriate position.There were statistical significance between using desk lamp and usual lamp together and using usual lamp only(P<0.05).The eye-protecting light was better than incandescent light(P<0.05).Conclusion Some problems exist in the usage of lighting in family study environment.Health education should be carried out to construct reasonable family study environmeat.
