甘利欣治疗肾综合征出血热临床和免疫学观察

目的 :观察甘利欣对肾综合征出血热免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用随机对照方法观察甘利欣治疗肾综合征出血热疗效 ,观察组 80例在综合治疗基础上加用甘利欣 1 5 0 mg,静滴 ,每日 1次 ,连用 3天 ;对照组 82例只用一般综合治疗。结果 :观察组发热期、休克期缩短 ,越期率提高 ,血尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、尿蛋白、血白细胞、血小板复常时间提前 ( P<0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 ) ;血 Ig E升高 ,C3 下降也不如对照组明显 ( P<0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 )。结论 :甘利欣治疗肾综合征出血热有效 ,有调节免疫功能作用。

Clinical and Immune Observation of Gan-Li-Xin in Treating Hemorrhagic Fever in Nephrotic Syndrome Cases

Objective: To observe the effects of Gan Li Xin on the immune function when treating hemorrhagic fever in nephritic syndrome cases. Methods: Control study was conducted. 80 observation group cases were treated with Gan Li Xin, 150 mg given intravenously once a day for 3 days together with the routine therapy, while 82 control cases were treated with general routine therapy. Results: In the observation group, the pyrexia and shock time was short. Low levels of blood urea nitrogen, glutamic pyruvic transminase, urine protein, white blood cell number and platelet were observed ( P <0.01). IgE was raised while C 3 was lowered when compared with the control ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Gan Li Xin was effective in treating hemorrhagic fever in nephritic syndrome cases and it could regulate the immune function.
