| 摘 要： | 钩吻素子在体外实验中，对由花生四烯酸（ＡＡ）、凝血酶（Ｔｈｒ）、Ｃａ２＋诱导的兔血小板聚集抑制作用的ＩＣ５０分别为０．４５ｇ／Ｌ、０．２２ｇ／Ｌ、０．００１５ｇ／Ｌ，并在一定浓度范围内呈剂量依赖关系。钩吻素子在静注后不同时间内，其抑制血小板聚集作用呈现良好曲线变化，以ＡＡ、Ｔｈｒ为诱导剂，其最大抑制作用的时间分别为静注后５６ｍｉｎ、７８ｍｉｎ处

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the effect of koumine on platelet aggregation.METHODS:Determination of platelet aggregation function in vitro and in semi vivo.RESULTS:Koumine inhibited the rabbit platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid(AA),Thrombin(Thr),and Ca 2 ,with IC 50 of 0.45g/L,0.22g/L and 0.0015g/L respectively in vitro.Among the range of concentration,there exists a positive dose effect relationship.In semi vivo,effect of koumine on platelet aggregation varies by the showing of different stages of curve.When determinating the platelet aggregation induced by AA or Thr,maximum inhibition of koumine was at 56 min or 78 min respectively.CONCLUSION:Koumine could remarkably inhibit platelet aggregation. |
