自贡市中学生结核病感染的调查

目的：掌握自贡市中学生结核病感染及现患情况，为学校结核病防治提供决策依据。方法：对自贡市城、乡6所学校8235名学生进行结核菌素（PPD）试验。强阳性者进一步做X线胸片检查，不采取预防性服药方法。结果：自贡市中学生结核感染率为43．86％。其中农村高于城市、女生高于男生、高中高于初中，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：PPD试验是在学校中发现结核病的必要辅助的诊断方法，根据筛检结果对学生采取不同的预防措施，有效地控制结核病在学校的传播和流行。

INVESTIGATION OF TUBERCULOSIS INFECTION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN ZIGONG CITY
