整体护理在抑郁症患者治疗中的应用

目的：探讨整体护理对抑郁症患者的治疗效果。方法：选择在我科住院治疗的80例抑郁症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组实施整体护理措施，对照组使用传统护理措施，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率为87．5％，对照组有效率为55％，观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组HAMD评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义，但观察组下降更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论：整体护理的实施，提高了抑郁症患者的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

The Application of Holistic Nursing to Treat Depression

Objective:to explore the treat effect of holistic nursing to patients with depression.Methods:select 80 patients that treated in our department,they are divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group,the treat group are treated with holistic nursing and the control group are treated with traditional nursing,compare their treat effect.Results: the effect rate of observation group is 87.5%,which of the control group is 55%,the rate of the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05);the HAMD score of the two groups before and after treat is statistical significant,but the descending in the observation is more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusions: the holistic nursing can improve the effect to treat depression patients,it should be widely use in clinic.
