| 摘 要： | 目的通过集中空调通风系统清洗要点的分析探讨,为规范集中空调通风系统的清洗工作提供科学依据。方法通过分析近3年全国各地集中空调通风系统清洗工作情况调查结果,从集中空调系统主要健康危害因素、集中空调通风系统清洗方案制定、集中空调通风系统风管及各部件清洗方法与验收要点、现场保护与个人防护、废弃物处理及撤场设备的清洁、清洗效果检验、影像记录、清洗竣工验收报告等方面对集中空调通风系统清洗要点进行探讨分析。结果分析了集中空调系统主要健康危害因素和集中空调通风系统清洗方案制定策略,提出了集中空调通风系统风管、机组、风口、盘管、冷却水塔的具体清洗方法和验收要点及集中空调通风系统清洗项目竣工验收报告要求。结论通过集中空调通风系统清洗要点分析及相应方法的提出,为集中空调通风系统清洗这项新型技术服务工作的科学规范开展提供依据。
