| 摘 要： | 为了解一种复方消毒液反复使用的生物安全性 ,采用 30d染毒法对其进行了亚急性毒性试验观察。结果 ,含 10 0 0mg/L醋酸氯己定剂量的消毒液在实验期间对各组动物均未出现中毒症状 ,血液常规检验项目无变化 ,各项生化指标均在正常范围 ,各脏器病理检查未发现病理改变。结论 ,该复方消毒液对大鼠无亚急性毒性作用。

| Abstract: | In order to know the biological safety of repeated use of a compound disinfectant solution, 30 day toxicant exposure method was used to observe experimentally its subacute toxicity. The results showed that the disinfectant solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 1000 mg/L did not induce toxic symptoms in animals of various groups during the experiment. Routine examination items of blood had no change, various biochemical indices were within the normal ranges and pathological examination of various organs did not find any pathological change. Conclusion: This compound disinfectant solution has no subacute toxic effect on rats. |
