细胞周期蛋白D1基因表达与非小细胞肺癌生物学行为的关系

目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌周期蛋白Ｄ１（ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１）的表达与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学Ｅｎ Ｖｉｓｉｏｎ二步法对４６例非小细胞肺癌手术标本进行ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１检测,并结合临床随访资料作结果分析。结果：ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１阳性表达率为５４．３％（２５／４６）,但与年龄、性别、ＴＮＭ分期、组织类型及组织学分级均无相关性（Ｐ〉０．０５）;临床随访资料显示,在ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１基因中

Relation between expression of cyclin D1 and biological behavior in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective: To investigate the relationship between expression of cyclin D 1 and biological behavior in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: The cyclin D 1 was detected by EnVision immunohistochemical method in 46 primary NSCLC. Results: The overexpression rate of cyclin D 1 was 54.3% (25/46) . There was no statistical correlation between overexpression of cyclin D 1 and age, sex, TNM stage, histologic type and grade of tumors ( P >0.05). Tumors metastasized in 10 of 25 primary NSCLC overexpressing cyclin D 1, but only in one of 21 cases that cyclin D 1 negatively expressed ( P <0.05). Further study showed that high metastasis probability was positively correlated with strong cyclin D 1 overexpression . Tumors with (++) and (+++) staining for cyclin D 1 metastasized more than (-) staining tumors ( P <0 05 for ++ vs -; P <0.01 for +++ vs -). Conclusion: Overexpression of cyclin D 1 is correlated with metastasis of tumors, the detection of cyclin D 1 may help to assess prognosis and guide treatment.
