| 摘 要： | 本文介绍本院实行在科主任领导下主诊医师负责制的医疗管理模式,认为该模式有利于调动医务人员的工作积极性,医疗工作量全面提升;有利于规范医疗行为、增强责任心和改善服务态度;有利于提高医院的整体内涵质量,对实现医院跨越式发展具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | A management mode of attending in charge in the department is executed in our hospital. With it, the work enthusiasm of the staff can be activated to improve the service quantity and normalize the medical service behavior, as well as to strengthen the sense of responsibility and improve the service quality. |
