| 摘 要： | 目的针对军队医院医疗收费部门发展的实际需要,提出创新实践对策,促进健康发展。方法从人员管理、岗位培训、工作制度、流程模式等方面完善。结果通过实行创新措施,收费部门实现规范化、科学化管理,工作质量和效率提高。结论随着数字化医院的深入发展,借助信息技术,促进医疗收费部门发展。

| Abstract: | Objectives According to the actual development need of medical charges department in the military hospital, the innovation measures were put forward to maintain the healthy development of the department. Methods It was suggested to advance the aspects as personnel management, post training, work system, work mode and so on. Results Through the implementation of these measures, the charge behavior was standarded and the work quality and efficiency were improved greatly. Conclusion With the development of digital hospital and the help of information technology, further progresses could be achieved of the work of medical charges department. |
