摘    要:目的 通过对历代含丹参方剂构成信息关联网络的分析和挖掘,探究丹参临床应用情况,发掘丹参潜在功效及其相关影响因素,为进一步扩大其临床应用范围和创新药物开发提供参考。方法 筛选文献记载中含丹参或含丹参别名、异名的方剂,采用基于Aprio算法的关联规则挖掘方法及网络构建与知识发现方法,分析丹参的临床应用情况。结果 筛选含丹参方剂1007首,发现丹参在宋朝、清朝以及现代应用较为广泛;临床应用的剂型多以丸剂、汤剂、散剂为主;应用丹参的方剂药味数主要集中在6~15味;丹参配伍应用的临床功效比较广泛,频数排列前十的功效,除目前临床常用的活血功效外,很多被现代临床应用和药物开发忽略的功效,如养血、安神、调经、益气等亦非常常见,并具有“解郁”等潜在作用;根据功效不同,与丹参配伍应用频数由高到低依次是当归、川芎、甘草、人参等,香附当归药对配伍的置信度达到84%;关联网络分析发现丹参方剂活血作用与清朝、现代关系密切,应用剂型以汤剂为主,多与当归、桃仁等药物配伍。丹参养血功效常与安神功效同时出现,其养血安神作用多与当归、天冬等配伍相关,剂型多为丸剂。结论 本研究发现,丹参在不同历史时期应用及剂型、配伍等均具有一定规律性,并对丹参的临床功效的发挥产生不同程度的影响,历代含丹参方剂功效的多样性和应用的广泛性远远超过目前的应用情况,这就意味着丹参还有许多潜在的临床功效亟待进一步验证与开发,可以为进一步扩大丹参的临床合理应用和创新药物的研发提供科学依据。
