中国中学生自杀意念相关因素的系统综述和meta分析

目的:探究在校中学生自杀意念的相关因素,定量比较不同因素与自杀意念的关联程度。方法:检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、MEDLINE、Embase、PsycARTICLES、Pub Med、the Cochrane Library、the Web of Science 9个数据库中青少年自杀意念相关研究,对自杀意念相关因素进行系统综述,方差倒数法对这些因素的OR值及其95%置信区间进行meta分析。结果:纳入32篇文献,总样本数237 875人,涉及个人、家庭和社会三个维度62个因素,其中20个因素纳入meta分析。有18个因素的合并OR值表明是自杀意念的危险因素,与自杀意念关联最强的为家庭关系不好。结论:被欺凌、有酒精使用问题、朋友少/无、独生子、父母文化水平较高,可能是青少年自杀意念的重要危险因素。

A systematic review and meta-analysis of related factors of suicide ideation among Chinese middle and high school students

Objective: To explore related factors of suicide ideation in Chinese middle and high school students, and quantifiationally compare the strength of the association between different factors and suicide ideation. Methods: CNKI, CBM disc, Wan fang, MEDLINE, Embase, PsycARTICLES, PubMed, the Cochrane Library,the Web of Science,nine databases were used to search for relevant studies for systematic review. Inverse variance method was used to merge Odds ratio( OR) and it’s 95% confidence interval(CI) of related factors of suicide ideation for meta-analysis. Results: Thirty-two studies were included, and total sample size was 237,875. Sixtytwo factors were mentioned by these studies,and were classified into three dimensions(individual,social and family). Twenty factors were taken in meta-analysis. According to pooled OR, eighteen factors were indicated as risk factors of suicide ideation, and bad family relationship had the strongest association with suicide ideation. Conclusion: Being bullied,having problems of alcohol use, few or no good friends, single-child, and parents having higher educational level are identified as risk factors of suicide ideation among Chinese middle school students.
