| 摘 要： | 本文试图综述医学研究的主要和常见范式,在更大的框架下去理解精神病学的研究现状、存在问题以及未来发展方向。医学的研究范式可分为基础研究、临床研究、转化医学和执行科学等,其最终目的都是为提高临床实践水平。我国精神病学研究以基础研究为主,而基础研究以外的其他研究范式对于医学的发展同样是至关重要的。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to summarize the main and common paradigms of medical research,and to un- derstand the current situation, existing problems and future development direction of psychiatry in a larger frame-work. The medical research paradigms can be divided into basic research, clinical research, translational medicine and implementation science, etc., with the ultimate goal of improving the level of clinical practice. Most of the psy-chiatric researches in China focused on the basic fields. Research paradigms other than basic research are also criti-cal to the development of medicine. |
