| 摘 要： | 目的采用改良的内眦开大方法与睑成形术联合治疗单睑，与传统方法比较，探讨该改良术式的技术要点及临床效果。方法单睑患者26例，使用该方法进行手术。结果26例患者安全顺利完成手术，术中出血少，术后恢复自然，疤痕不明显。26例患者随访3-6个月，眼睛外形改观明显。结论较传统术式，该术术中配合内眦开大，可以增加眼睛的横向长度，使眼睛更加美观，术后疤痕不明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a new method to perform epicanthoplasty and upper eyelid fold formation at one stage. Methods Based on the principle to release the skin tension and minimize incision scarring around the medial canthus, 26 patients with epicanthus underwent this procedure. Result 26 patients were treated by using this method. Following up 3-6months, all patients were satisfied by eliminating the medial epicanthal fold without obvious scar. Conclusions The method is more effective than traditionarl methord. Our technique is a simple, advanced procedure that can be performed widely. |
