| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＰＥＴ辅助下脑立体定向活检术的临床应用价值。方法：对２２例难以诊断的病例及２０例于肿瘤治疗后难以判断疗效的病例，采用ＰＥＴ辅助下ＣＴ或ＭＲ引导立体定向技术进行活检。其中包括胶质瘤２４例，转移瘤１０例，炎性肉芽肿４例，脑脓肿２例，脑梗塞２例。结果：活检的阳性率达１００％。结论：此种方法不但可以提高诊断的阳性率，而且帮助确定在胶质瘤恶性程度最高的部位进行活检，可以准确地对脑星形细胞瘤进行分级，从而对治疗方案的确定有很大帮助，并且提高了对预后评价的准确性

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the clinical value of stereotactic biopsy assist with positron emission tomography (PET) Methods:Abstract 22 cases of difficultly diagnosised and 20 cases of difficultly appreciate thetreat effect, were performed stereotactic biopsy with CT guided or MR guided assist with PET The cases included: 24 gliomas, 10 metastases, 4 granulomas, 2 abscesses and 2 cerebral infarctions Results: The accuraterate was 100% Conclusions: This method not only can increase the diagnostic positive rate of biopsy, but also can locate the site of biopsy in the highest grade lesionn It can accurately assess the grade of glioma, make the treat plan, and improve the accurate of the prognoses assessment |
