摘    要:目的了解成都市碘盐措施落实情况,掌握人群碘营养状况及病情消长趋势,评价2006-2012年防治效果。方法对居民食用盐、8-10岁学生尿碘水平和甲状腺肿大率进行监测,并对监测结果进行分析。结果 2006-2012年居民食用盐的碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上;8-10岁学生的尿碘中位数均〉100μg/L,在200μg/L上下波动;8-10岁学生的甲状腺肿大率从2006年的4.71%下降至2012年的1.11%,呈逐年下降趋势。结论成都市各项碘缺乏病监测指标均达到国家规定的消除标准,但需要进一步持续观察学龄儿童碘营养水平和加强碘盐市场监管和健康教育工作。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the situation of iodized salt practicing measures,the nutrition status of iodine and the trend of iodine deficiency disorders in Chengdu from 2006 to 2012,and to evaluate the preventive effect.Methods The iodine concentration of salt from households,the urinary iodine levels of 8-10 years old students and the goiter rate were monitored and statistically analyzed.Results From 2006 to 2012,the edible salt iodized salt coverage,the qualified rate of iodized salt and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate all surpassed 90%.The median urinary iodine of8-10 years old students were greater than 100 μg/L,fluctuating within a range of 200 μg/L.The goiter rate decreased from 4.71% in 2006 to 1.11% in 2012 in 8-10 years old children.Conclusion The iodine deficiency disease surveillance indicators in Chengdu all meet the national standards for the elimination.Yet,the level of iodine nutrition in schoolchildren needs to be further observed,and the iodized salt market supervision and the health education should be both strengthened.
