动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病患者血浆高敏 C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的:通过观察心脑血管疾病患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein ,hsCRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine ,HCY)的水平变化,探讨hsCRP、HCY的发生发展与动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病的相关性。方法:选取我院内科因冠心病(Coronary heart disease ,CHD)住院患者23例,因缺血性脑血管病(Ischemic cerebrovascular disease , ICVD)住院的患者42例,共65例作为观察组,另选取同期来我院体检的101例健康者作为对照组,比较两组患者的hsCRP及HCY检测水平。结果:(1)观察组患者血浆hsCRP、HCY水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)观察组患者血浆hsCRP与HCY呈正相关(r=0.128,P<0.05)。(3)Logistic逐步回归分析显示hsCRP、HCY是动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病的独立影响因素。结论:血浆hsCRP、HCY高水平与动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients plasma levels of high sensitive C reactive protein (high sensitivity C-reactive protein, hsCRP) homocysteine (homocysteine, HCY) levels, to explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases . Methods:In our hospital department of internal medicine due to coronary heart disease (coronary heart disease, CHD) in 23 cases, because of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ischemic cerebrovascular disease, ICVD) of 42 cases of hospi-talized patients, a total of 65 cases as the observation group, select the same to other hospital examination of 101 healthy persons as control group, hsCRP and HCY detection comparison of two groups .Results:The patients in the ob-servation group the plasma hsCRP, HCY levels were higher than those in the control group (P〈0 .01) .The observa-tion group patients plasma hsCRP was positively correlated with HCY (r=0 .128, P〈0 .05) .The Logistic stepwise re-gression analysis showed that hsCRP, HCY is an independent risk factor of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular and cere-brovascular diseases .Conclusion:The levels of hsCRP, HCY high level and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease closely related .
