| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析四川省自开展基本公共卫生服务项目以来,预防接种服务实施的效果,探讨基本公共卫生项目的实施对预防接种服务的影响。方法收集四川省2009-2012年反映基本公共卫生服务项目中预防接种服务实施效果的各项指标,进行统计学分析。结果四川省2009年-2012年适龄儿童建证率、建卡率、国家免疫规划疫苗接种率,以及除48小时内调查率和7日内完成初步调查报告率外的疑似预防接种异常反应（AEFI）的监测指标,上升趋势差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论2009-2012年期间,四川省的预防接种服务实施效果逐步提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the implementation effect of vaccination in Siehuan and to explore the influence of essential public health service xes reflecting the vaccination effect in essential public health services in since lunching essential public health services items on vaccination services. Methods Inde-2012 were coUected and statistically analyzed. Results During the period in Sichuan, the certificate rate of school age children, rate of immunization card, vaccination rate of national immunization program, monitoring indexes of Adverse Events Following Immunization （ AF- FI） except inspection rate within 48h and reporting rate preliminarily accomplished within 7 d were all exhibited rising trend （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation effect is improving since lunching essential public health services in 2009. |
