交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折39例疗效分析

目的探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 2008-01/2013-06,采用静力型交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨干骨折39例。根据骨折情况,术后6~10周将髓内钉予以早期动力化,检测骨折愈合情况。结果所有患者获得6~24个月（平均12个月）随访,骨折均在术后4~8个月牢固连接,平均骨折愈合时间5.5个月,无髓内钉松动和折断。结论交锁髓内钉因其先进的锁定设计,可有效治疗胫骨干骨折。交锁髓内钉早期动力化,有利于促进骨折愈合。

Therapeutic Efficacy in 39 Cases of Tibial Shaft Fracture Treated With Interlocking Intramedullary Nailing

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of tibial shaft fracture treated by interlocking intramedullary nailing. Methods From Jan. 2008 to Apr. 2013,39 patients with tibial shaft fractures were treated with internal fixation using static interlocking intramedullary nailing. Early dynamization （6 to weeks post operation）was adopted according to the fracture conditions. The healing time of fracture were documented. Results All the cases were followed up for a mean duration of 12 months（ ranging from 6 -24 months）. The bone union time for all the fracture averaged 5.5 months（ ranging from 6 to 8 months）. No loosing or breakage of the intramedullary nail occurred in this series. Conclusion Due to its merit in design, the interlocking intramedullary nailing can be used to effectively treat fracture of tibial shaft. Early dynamization of interlocking intramedullary nail can promote union of the fracture.
