摘    要:目的了解工业X射线子午胎探伤检测系统的放射防护状况,评估对放射工作人员和公众健康的影响。方法对该X射线子午胎检测系统及探伤室铅房的基本情况进行调查,使用FJ-347A型xγ剂量仪和FD-3013B型γ辐射仪对工作场所和周围环境进行剂量率监测,对照GBZ117-2006,按照国家相关的放射卫生防护标准与方法对探伤现场进行防护检测和辐射安全性评价。结果控制室的操作位、控制室小防护门、探伤室铅房大防护门表面剂量率0.22~0.40μGy/h(低于国家标准限值2.5μGy/h),探伤室铅房墙外表面剂量率接近辐射本底水平;近3年放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果均低于国家标准年限值的1/10水平。结论该工业子午胎X射线实时成像检测系统运行时,相关放射工作人员和周围公众是安全的。

Radiological Protection Status of Radial Tire X-ray Inspection in an Enterprise

Abstract:Objective To investigate the radiological protection status in radial tire X-ray inspection system and to assess the effect on health of radiological workers and the public.Methods Field survey was employed to investigate the system and the lead room by using FJ-347 A x-γ,FD-3013B dosimeters.The results were analyzed according to the relevant national radiological protection standards(GBZ117-2006).Results The radiation dosage rate on surface of driving position of the control rooms,the small protective gate of the detecting room and the big protective gate of the inspection room was during 0.22-0.40 μGy/h,which was lower than the national standard limit by 2.5 μGy/h;the surface dosage rate of the inspection lead room was close to background level.The personal dose of the radiologic workers were lower than 1/10 of the national standard.Conclusion This radial tire X-ray inspection system is safe for the workers and the public when in operation.
