消化内科临床实习中面临的挑战与对策

临床实习是医学生把理论知识应用于临床实践、培养动手操作能力和临床逻辑思维能力，并由学生向临床医师进行角色转换的重要阶段，也是医学生通过接触患者了解社会、参与社会的一个过程。笔者结合多年的消化内科的临床实习带教经验，分析了目前消化内科临床实习面临的困难和挑战，如教师忽视教学、实习生面临“考研”及“择业”压力而忽视实习、消化内科疾病本身的因素等，并就此提出相应的解决对策和建议。

The Challenge and Countermeasures during Clinical Practice of Department Digestive Internal

Clinical practice is that medical students put theoretical knowledge into clinical practice, operating ability and clinical logical thinking ability. It is an important phase for role change from students to clinical doctors; it is as well as a process for medical students to know about society and participate it through contact with patients. The author combines clinical instruction experiences for years of department of digestive internal to analyze the difficulties and challenges during clinical practice. Such as, teachers ignore teaching; trainees ignore practice for facing whether to choose further education or work; the disease of department of digestive internal, etc. The author put forward the corresponding solving countermeasures and suggestions.
