大鼠脾肝微量元素与弓形虫病关系的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨弓形虫病对大鼠脾、肝 5种微量元素 (Fe++、Cu++、Zn++、Ca++、Mg++)的影响。方法 将 2 0只大鼠随机均分为对照组和致病组。致病组每只大鼠经腹腔注入 2ml含 1.5× 10 6 弓形虫速殖子的生理盐水悬液 ,64d后将 2组大鼠处死 ,取脾、肝组织 ,用原子吸收分光光度仪测定其微量元素的变化。结果 与对照组相比较 ,感染组脾组织Fe++、Cu++含量明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,Mg++增加 (P <0 .0 1,Zn++、Ca++无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;感染组肝组织Fe++含量明显增加 (P <0 0 1) ,Cu++含量明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Zn++、Ca++、Mg++的含量变化均无显著差异。结论 弓形虫感染可导致大鼠脾、肝组织微量元素的变化。

Abstract:Aim To study the level of five trace elements(Fe ++ ?Cu ++ ?Zn ++ ?Ca ++ ?Mg ++ )in the spleen and liver of the rats infected with Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii).Methods 20 rats were randomly and equally divided into two groups:normal group and experimental group.On the 64th day after injection of T.gondii,all of the rats were killed and the atomic absorption method were used.Results Compared with the normal group,the level of Fe ++ ?Cu ++ in spleen in experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the amount of Mg ++ of sick rats were higher than that of the normal(P<0.01).No difference on the content of Zn ++ ?Ca ++ between the experimental and control group were estimated;the level of Fe ++ ?Cu ++ in liver in experimental group was significantly altered(P<0.01,P<0 05).And no difference on the content of Zn ++ ?Ca ++ ?Mg ++ between the experimental and control group were estimated.Conclusion T.gondii might play a role in the change of trace element against liver and spleen in rats.
