护理本科生健康促进生活方式及其影响因素调查分析

目的:了解护理本科生健康促进生活方式的现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,对某大学139名护理本科生进行调查。结果:①护理本科生健康促进生活方式平均得分为(116.93±15.45)分,得分指标69.60。各分量表按得分指标从高至低依次为自我实现、人际间支持、营养、压力管理、运动、健康责任。②年龄、父亲受教育程度、母亲健康状况、家庭人均月收入情况、健康行为自我效能5个变量对护理本科生的健康促进生活方式有影响,共可解释39.4%的变量。结论:护理教育者与护生应关注健康促进生活方式得分较低的维度,并通过提高护生的健康行为自我效能促使其采取积极的健康促进生活方式。

Study on health-promoting Lifestyles and influencing factors of nursing undergraduates

Objective： To investigate the status of health-promoting lifestyles of nursing undergraduates and explore the possible influencing factors. Methods： A questionnaire research was designed and 139 nursing undergraduates were chosen to finish the questionnaire survey. Results： ① the total score of the health-promoting lifestyles of the students was 116.93±15.45; the index of score was 69.60. The students performed best in self- actualization, followed by interpersonal support, nutrition, stress management, exercise, and health responsibility scored lowest. ②According to stepwise multiple regression analysis, the related factors, including age, education levels of father, health status of mother, economic situation of the family and perceived health self-efficacy ,contributed 39. 4% of the variance of health-promoting lifestyles. Conclusion： Great attention must be paid to the lower level dimensions of health-promoting lifestyles of the students, and effective interventions should be taken to stimulate the students to perform positive lifestyles by enhancing their perceived health self-efficacy.
