改良式种植引导模板的计算机辅助设计及应用（附病例报告）

目的：根据三维牙颌数据,设计制作改良式种植外科引导模板,并对模板应用效果进行评价。方法：对上颌中切牙缺损的患者进行CT扫描和数据重建,设计种植体位置。根据种植体方向设计可配合的两个隧道及导向杆,以准确引导Anthogyr系统球钻、先锋钻及各级裂钻。依据采集到的数据采用快速成型技术制作成树脂模板并引导种植。应用Surfacer软件对患者应用模板后种植体的CT重建数据与术前设计进行对比评估。结果：完成改良式种植引导模板的设计,树脂模板就位良好,种植体植入顺利,植入方向与术前设计方位一致。结论：根据Anthogyr系统设计的改良式种植引导模板能够实现对种植术的准确导向

Design and application of modified surgical guide for implant
