| 摘 要： | 目的 观察奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 将 80例诊断明确的急性脑梗死患者 ,随机分为 2组 :治疗组40例 ,奥扎格雷钠 80mg溶于 2 5 0ml生理盐水中静滴 ,1次 /d。对照组 40例 ,低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml ,加丹参注射液 16ml静滴 ,1次 /d。均以 14d为一疗程。按临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准于治疗前后 14d进行疗效评定。结果 治疗组总有效率和显效率与对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 奥扎格雷钠临床观察疗效满意 ,且无明显不良反应 ,治疗急性脑梗死有效
