医科大学新生生涯规划团体辅导实践研究

目的探索以团体辅导的形式进行生涯规划辅导的有效性和可行性。方法对广东医学院40名新生在团体辅导前进行调查,依据结果确定辅导内容;运用多种形式的团体辅导方法进行干预,对团体成员在辅导中、辅导结束时以及3个月后进行调查。结果生涯规划团体辅导中成员投入程度较高,辅导结束时,成员的满意度较高,辅导结束3个月后,团体经验对成员产生了较大的积极影响。结论生涯规划团体辅导是帮助医科大学新生提高生涯自主意识和规划能力的一条重要途径。

Group Counseling in Career Planning for Medical Freshmen

Objective To explore whether group counseling is feasible and effective in making career planning. Method 40 medical college freshmen of Guangdong Medical College were surveyed before they received group counseling in career planning. The contents of counseling were determined in accordance to the investigation results, various forms of group counseling were adopted, and the members were surveyed during, at the end of, and 3 months after the counseling. Results The members had good involvement and were satisfied with the counseling. The counseling produced positive effects on the members. Conclusion Group counseling in career planning is an important way to improve medical students' consciousness of career planning and planning ability.
