凯时联合中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭

目的观察凯时联合大黄附子汤结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将52名患者随机分为2组,对照组予以低盐低磷优质蛋白饮食、排毒、护肾、降压、纠酸、纠正贫血等治疗,并常规加用大黄附子汤结肠透析;治疗组在对照组基础上加用凯时治疗。结果2组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、Ccr相比具有显著性差异(P均<0.05);2组间24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN、SCr、Ccr值相比有显著性差异(P均<0.05);2组临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论凯时联合大黄附子汤结肠透析可减少蛋白尿,延缓肾衰竭进程。

Kaishi injection combine with rectum dialysis with Chinese herbs treat the patients with chronic renal failure

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Kaishi injection combine with rectum dialysis with Rhei and Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction on the patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 52 patients were divided into two groups,the controlling group was given therapies such as foods of low saline and phosphorus and high quality protein, excreting poisonous,protecting kidney,reducing blood pressure,correcting metabolic acidosis and anemia,and was routinely added to rectum dialysis with Rhei and Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction;the treating group was given Kaishi injection on the basis of the controlling group.Results Compared with the data before treatment,the difference of 24 h proteinuria and blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine and creatinine clearance rate were significant after treatment both two groups(P<0.05).There were significant difference on the 24 h proteinuria,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,creatinine clearance rate between two groups(P<0.05).There were significant difference on the clinical effect between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rectum dialysis with Rhei and Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction combine with Kaishi injection can reduce the level of proteinuria,and prolong the process of renal failure.
